Job Title: Multi-Site Residential Care Home Manager

We are seeking an experiencedMulti-Site Residential Care Home Managerto oversee two small residential homes in the tranquil Scottish Borders area, with a combined total of up to 41 beds. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Lead the day-to-day management of both homes.
• Ensure exceptional care and full compliance with The Care Inspectorate (CI).
• Increase private occupancy through strong relationship management.
• Mentor and lead dedicated care teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee budgets and financial performance across both sites.

• Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care(or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Residential Care Home Manager.
• Proven ability to build private occupancy levels and meet financial targets.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations.
