You will support your clients to live happy, independent lives by providing:Companionship and help around the homePreparation and support with mealsPrompting and assisting your client with their medicationSupporting with personal care and to get dressedSocial visits and support with appointments and shopping tripsWhat we provide:Excellent rates of pay, £11.00 - £16.50phPaid mileage of 45p per milePaid training and shadow visitsCareer development opportunitiesRegular team meet-ups and social eventsAward winning training, including Care Certification, City & Guilds Dementia training and Parkinson's Disease specialist trainingEmployee Assistance Programme with access to counselling and adviceMedicash health planReferral scheme - £150 per referralQualificationsNo prior experience of care is required.
