Flexible, as-needed shifts are available, including morning (7:00-2:30), afternoon (2:00-9:30), all-day (7:00-9:30), and night shifts (21:15-7:45). As a Care Worker, you will: Assist residents with personal care such as dressing, bathing, and grooming. Support mobility and help with transfers. Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting a sense of well-being. Help residents maintain independence, working closely with them to achieve daily goals. Record care activities, participate in care planning, and ensure compliance with safety standards.What You Bring: A minimum of 6 months of care experience. A caring, patient, and reliable nature.
