Senior Project Executive (Healthcare)

?? Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Project Executive / Project Manager in Healthcare Communications!

?? The Company: An innovative healthcare communications company is seeking a proactive and driven Project Executive / Manager to join their vibrant team. This is a hybrid role, based in the London office 3 days per week.

?? Role Overview: You will support the Project Director in delivering a wide range of client-sponsored activities, such as events, webinars, workshops, handbooks and conferences. You will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget. If you are interested in content development/writing/editing - then there is also scope to move into a hybrid role!

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management and delivery of projects.
• Monitor and track project progress.
• Identify and liaise with reviewers to meet project deadlines.
• Attend and represent the company at conferences and events.
• Keep clients and internal teams updated on project status.

?? Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; knowledge of Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
