Person specificationTraining & Qualifications Essential criteria Literacy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6).Numeracy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6).The Care Certificate Desirable criteria NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent or above in Health or Health and Social Care or working towards an awardESOL level 2 or equivalent (if English not first language)Experience & Knowledge Essential criteria Experience in a public facing/customer care role or environmentA minimum of 12 months care experience Desirable criteria Previous experience in a Health/Health and Social Care rolePrevious NHS experience / Understanding of NHS/Social care systemsSkills & Ability Essential criteria Good written and verbal communication in the English languageOur commitment to you:We are committed to equality and diversity in both the provision of our services and how we recruit and manage our staff.
