Keep track of and record the development, behaviour, and progress of the kids. Observe health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe classroom. Work together as a team to plan and execute the curriculum. Effectively communicate with parents regarding their child's activities, development, and any worries they may have. Requirements: For this position, you must have a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education, or its equivalent. Knowledge of the best practices and guiding concepts of early childhood development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A true love for dealing with children and a kind, patient manner.
