We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a highly-regarded care home in Aylesbury. This Registered Nurse position comes with an excellent salary of £47,754 + £2000 welcome bonus, a fully paid comprehensive induction with an ongoing training and development programme, along with more excellent benefits.

If you were already in this Registered Nurse role, here are some areas you might have been working in this week: Assessing and developing person-centred care plans Safely providing nursing care, including administering medication, dressings and management of residents’ medical conditions Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require Building good relationships with residents and their families We are looking for a qualified RGN with a valid NMC pin and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. You will also have prior experience in a care home.
