We are proud to work alongside a modern veterinary clinic in Lincolnshire as they search for a new Veterinary Surgeon to manage the clinic.
The Practice:
We are a purely small animal site based in North Lincolnshire; we offer a range of first opinion work for all our clients. The team itself is supported by hard working RVNs and delightful front of house team. One of our Vets is currently undergoing a certificate in surgery so we are able to offer support on those interested in surgical care! All the usual bells and whistles are available on site to manage our varied case load. We also have a state-of-the-art operating theatre for procedures and recovery wards.
We're based right by the river Trent - commutable from Hull, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Thorne and all surrounding areas.
The Role:
As the new Lead Vet, you will be responsible for managing the clinical case loads coming in and supporting the practice manager from an operational point of view. Supporting less confident staff and students should come to you naturally as our culture always drives to improve our standards. Your clinical cases will have a healthy split between surgical and consulting so confidence in both is preferred.
