?? Nursing Manager Opportunity for Supportive Training Practice in Central Oxfordshire ??
About the Practice: They have a purpose-built surgery, are a reputable training practice and offer a very supportive set up. They have just over 20,000 patients and have a strong backing team consisting of 10 GP,s, Clinical Pharmacists, Physician Associates, ANP’s and Practice Nurses.
As the Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of clinical standards. This will include strategic, professional and operational leadership to the nursing team across the practice and also provide a nursing voice at a senior level. You will be directly responsible for a team of 7 will help maintain a happy, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice policies and group policies are adhered to at all times whilst providing outstanding patient and client care.
