As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN), you'll: Provide person-centred care to residents and their families. Mentor and support colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. Recognise and act on signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Role model professional behaviours.
