What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Care Team Leader, Senior residential support worker, Care coordinator, care supervisor or in a similar role. Experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting. Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to manage a team effectively and maintain a supportive, cohesive work environment.
