Deputy care home manager Barnsley c£45/50k for Good rated medium sized stunning residential and dementia care home Due to internal promotion, a superb opportunity for an experienced deputy manager to work closely with the home manager at this lovely, luxurious, medium sized and purpose built residential luxury care home which is part of a very well respected and successful care provider, has arisen . Working 44 hours per week, mostly supernumerary , you will work very closely with the Registered manager and deputise in their absence and lead a team of carers and unit managers in ensuring quality care is given to all residents . You will work closely with the staff and be expected to be a 'hands on' and proactive manager.
