Source Top Candidates: Implement diverse strategies to identify and attract healthcare professionals who meet client requirements. Craft Job Postings: Create compelling job advertisements that draw high-quality candidates. Interview and Prepare Candidates: Conduct interviews and prepare candidates for client meetings, ensuring the best match. Negotiate Offers: Manage offer negotiations to secure successful candidate placements. Skills & Experience Required: Proven Recruitment Success: A track record of success in healthcare recruitment or a related field, with a focus on driving business growth and maintaining client relationships.
