Care Coordinator Aberdeen £24,000 per annum We're looking for a Care Coordinator at our Aberdeen branch on a permanent and full-time basis. Key role: * Supervising your own team in a specific area within Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire * Coordinating service user’s packages and rostering staff to ensure good continuity and building your team. * Service user reviews, outcome assessments, supervision, probationary support for new staff * On call work required rota basis 1 in 4 weekends and one evening per week Hours: * Monday – Friday 8.00-16.30 * Care cover also required where absolutely necessary.
