Our social care assistants offer support with mealtimes, personal care, and activities but they also do so much more than this. They provide the highest standard of person-centred care and support, to help people lead a purposeful life and maintain their independence. Roles and ResponsibilitiesExperience planning and partaking in activitiesExperience with providing support and care to adults within a Care Home setting.Be able to deal with challenging behaviour should it arise.Being passionate about supporting people with a genuine desire to make a real difference in people's livesExcellent communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to be a good team playerMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.Respond promptly to resident's needs and emergencies with empathy and professionalism.
