Salary: £17.03 - £18.17 per hour (DOE)
+ 30% enhancements at weekends

About the Role:

As a Senior Nurse, you will lead a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care for service users with neurological conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the assessment, planning, and implementation of holistic care
  • Supervising clinical staff, providing mentorship and support
  • Ensuring all clinical practices meet best-practice standards and legal guidelines
  • Delivering educational sessions for service users, families, and team members
  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
  • Promoting a safe working environment and supporting service user wellbeing

About You:

We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Senior Nurse who can lead by example. You ll need:

  • NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration experience
  • Proven experience managing teams in a clinical setting
  • Knowledge of legislation within the independent care sector
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills
  • Commitment to continued professional development

Completion of an NMC accredited mentor training is desirable, or a willingness to undertake the training.
