Aspect Healthcare are seeking a hospital pharmacist for a fantastic opportunity. This locum position is needed for an ongoing contract, on a full time or part time basis, working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

*What we require from you as a pharmacist:* * Must have 6 months UK Pharmacist experience * Full right to work in the UK * Band 6/7/8 Pharmacist * GPhC registration

*Responsibilities as a pharmacist:* * Patient Care Management: Collaborate with health professionals to optimise medication therapy, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on medication regimens. * Medication Therapy Management: Ensure appropriate selection, dosing, and administration of medications, identifying and resolving medication-related issues. * Regulatory Compliance and Quality Improvement: Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate patient records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
