Your responsibilities will include: Managing the assessment, planning, and implementation of holistic care Supervising clinical staff, providing mentorship and support Ensuring all clinical practices meet best-practice standards and legal guidelines Delivering educational sessions for service users, families, and team members Maintaining accurate and timely patient records Promoting a safe working environment and supporting service user wellbeing About You: We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Senior Nurse who can lead by example. You’ll need: NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration experience Proven experience managing teams in a clinical setting Knowledge of legislation within the independent care sector Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations Leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills Commitment to continued professional development Completion of an NMC accredited mentor training is desirable, or a willingness to undertake the training.
