Do you need experience? As much as experience is highly preferred for this particular role, we can consider applicants that have no experience, we do offer an excellent care certificate training programme for any of our roles for those that wish to start their career in care. Do you need to drive? As much as this is preferred, if you are local to the Harlow area and can be extremely reliable, then we can accept none drivers. We're looking for: Excellent communication skills A driver's licence is essential Good professional and personal references In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
