Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to deliver high-quality care within our Mental Health Access and Acute Services. This flexible role requires working across various mental health services as needed, providing support, assessment, and treatment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead by example, providing clinical expertise and support to staff. * Plan and deliver meaningful care and treatment plans for patients. * Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure holistic care. * Perform risk assessments, manage patient safety, and respond to crisis situations. * Contribute to service development and the implementation of best practices. Requirements: * NMC registration with experience in mental health care. * Prior experience within PICU wards/settings, * Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. * Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
