As the business expand their footprint, they are seeking a motivated and strategic Healthcare Key Account Manager to drive sales and strategy efforts in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. If so, we want to hear from you As a Healthcare Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of generics sales strategy, working closely with key stakeholders in primary care, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and health boards. Your expertise and commercial acumen will be crucial in shaping success across these territories. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for branded generics in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in primary care, ICBs, and health boards. Influence and Impact: Navigate and influence within a matrix structure to drive commercial success. Market Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of the market, product supply routes, and associated financial structures to optimize sales performance. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to the ABPI code of practice. Innovation: Bring courage and creativity to commercial proposals, driving growth and competitive advantage. Key Requirements: Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in commercial business roles, ideally within the branded generics sector. Territory Experience: Previous experience working in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland is highly advantageous. Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results within a complex matrix organization. Healthcare Insight: Strong background in primary care, ICBs, and health boards, with a keen understanding of the healthcare landscape. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, product supply chains, and financial structures. Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with the ABPI code of practice.
