We’re looking for a Live In Care Professional (full time) to join our brilliant team in Epsom working across Epsom, Reigate, Redhill and Banstead to provide quality visiting care to people in their homes. As a Good Oaks carer, you’d make a huge difference to the quality of our clients’ lives, having enough time to go the extra mile.
We work hard to develop care roles into a rewarding career that people can progress in; we offer salaried and flexible contracts, paid mileage, career progression through funded diplomas and our Team Leader structure that we only recruit from within for.
No experience required and we provide paid training and detailed support when you join
What will you do?
· Our clients need help with getting up and ready for the day, meal preparation, medication administration, companionship, personal care and outings.
· Live In support for a minimum of 3-6 months to your matched client
· Provide supportive, professional and compassionate care to everyone
Who are you?
· A caring individual with a good work ethic
· You must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to run errands
· You can demonstrate professionalism and can treat people with respect
· You must have the right to work in the UK as we’re unable to offer Sponsorship currently
· An ability to put people at the heart of what you do and offer dedicated support
What do we offer?
· Full time hours including weekend with 2 days off every 2 weeks minimum
· Supportive, professional and common-sense management and ongoing support
· Pay and benefit package includes paid mileage, holiday pay, and paid training
· Ongoing professional and personal development, training and progression
· Long stay bonus and referral bonus scheme
· Paid volunteer days
· We will undertake a DBS and right to work check prior to you starting.
