Ward Manager ( RMN )  - Male High Dependency Hospital Salary - £44,375 - £50,329 per annum   Location - Portsmouth Hours – Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours per week Shift Pattern – 09:00 -5:00, with one day being 07:00 – 7:30 (can be discussed at interview) Summary Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for males with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Together we are seeking a Ward Manager - Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) for their male high dependency, mental health hospital based in Portsmouth. As a qualified Ward Manager / Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ), you will ensure younger males in this high dependency, mental health hospital receive high-quality care, while also leading your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. Caring for conditions including psychosis, bipolar disorder, self-harm, substance misuse and sexual offending. Providing community – focused rehabilitation services within a full care pathway, working across two wards.
