Regional Lead Nurse - North London

Are you a Lead Nurse at the top of your game looking for a new challenge? Our client is looking for a Regional Lead Nurse (Tracheostomy Experienced) in the North London area to work full-time at 37.5 hours per week on a salary of £55k. As the Regional Lead Nurse (Tracheostomy Experienced) you would be responsible for ensuring the clinical success of the firm within a defined region - North London. Working closely with the Regional Care Manager, you will have a key role in driving business growth and creating, building on collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders. Your skills and qualifications: You must be qualified to level 6 or 7 and be within commutable distance to North London. You should have clinical or nursing management experience with excellent customer service and communication skills. A working knowledge of regulatory requirements is also a must. You'll have experience managing and inspiring a nursing team alongside excellent planning, organisational skills, and the mindset to be calm and considered under pressure.
