Candidates must have:FULL DRIVING LICENCE & access to own vehicle - please note we cannot rely on public transport or cycling.FULL RIGHT TO WORK - UK passport, settled status, dependents visa etc.Key Responsibilities:As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes across Sway, Lymington, New Milton, Brockenhurst areas. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Supporting with meal preparation and medication administration. Providing companionship and emotional support. Assisting customers with mobility and daily activities. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure person-centred care is provided at all times. Our care assistants work 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm shift patterns. There is a requirement to be flexible to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).What We Offer: Competitive Hourly Rate: £14.70 up to £25.73per hour (contact time).
