Our client prefers to hire an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager / Care Service Manager with strong knowledge of learning disabilities / autism care sector. Learning Disabilities Service Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports. Learning Disabilities Service Manager / Care Home Manager candidates MUST have strong knowledge of the learning disabilities / autism care sector. As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will develop the two supported living care services. You will oversee care planning and ensure that care is delivered to a very high standard. This supported living service is fully compliant with a great reputation locally. It allows the residents to live fully fulfilled lives and ensures service users are very active.
