Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator Location: Bedfordshire Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for a reputable house builder known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join their team in Bedfordshire. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Assist in the development and implementation of customer care processes. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably within the construction or housing sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
