Home Manager Ref: JS Location: CH42 Area Salary: Up to £65,000 per year plus KPI bonus' Hours: 40 Home Size: Medium Full Job Description Royal Blue Healthcare are looking to recruit an excellent Home Manager to work at a medium sized nursing home in the Birkenhead area. We are looking for either an experienced nursing home manager or someone with management experience, who has strong occupancy increasing skills and works well with local authorities! As Home Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day management including working to achieve occupancy targets and maintaining compliance with the CQC. Have relevant home manager experience. Excellent clinical and management skills. Prior experience in a nursing home setting. CQC management experience.
