Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluations. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Monitor and record patient conditions and progress. * Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans. * Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in the UK. * Valid NMC registration. * Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one. * Current mandatory training certificates.
