About The Role
Position Shift Leader
Location Hillside Care Centre, Redhill, Hereford
Salary - £25,826 per annum pro rata
Hours 37 hours per week
About the Service Hillside Care Centre, Located in the south of Hereford, (Redhill), providing a short term residential setting to support individuals to achieve their goals.
What we are looking for and about you: Prior experience of working in a care environment, ideally is similar role
Hold Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or similar or able to work towards
Able to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
About Role (please see Job description for more information) Daily assessments of residents.
Reviewing and updating care plans in-line with goals.
Medication rounds including the completion of MARS and audits trails.
Liaising with Health professionals including GPs and or Adult Social Care professionals.
Working alongside therapy & supporting the Registered and Deputy Manager.
