We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Dermatology Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nurse , playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dermatology services. Key Role Highlights: Position : Lead Dermatology Nurse (Part-Time, 24 hrs/week) Specialty : Dermatology Location : Various NHS sites Work Environment : Flexible, collaborative, impactful Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Accountability : Provide strong, visible leadership to nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff accountability. Clinical Governance : Advise on new contracts, and collaborate on maintaining and enhancing clinical governance. Operational Oversight : Supervise and support site nurses, ensuring compassionate and safe care delivery. Skill Development : Foster growth and development by enhancing the skills and competencies of the nursing team. Care Standards : Collaborate with the Nursing Director and Service Delivery Managers to implement, monitor, and improve care standards. Quality Assurance : Establish and manage quality metrics, oversee weekly reporting, and ensure continuous improvement of clinical outcomes. Patient & Staff Resource : Serve as a key point of support for patients, staff, and carers. Active Clinical Engagement : Participate regularly in clinical practice, ensuring hands-on leadership in dermatology care. Program Supervision : Oversee care programs in partnership with Service Delivery Managers, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
