We are seeking a dynamic Care/Rota Coordinator to join our team, supporting our operational functions with administrative excellence. Generate and manage reports within our Rota-Management system, to steamline operational functions. Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track action points for critical meetings, including Managers Meetings, Budget Meetings, LMC Meetings, and Best Practice Meetings, as well as meetings between senior leaders. Collaborate in Service Performance meetings, assisting in reviewing and analysing data related to KPIs, LMC reports, and service actions plans. Provide detailed data to support Registered Manager supervisions. Assist in creating and posting grab guides, flow charts, coaching tools, and team-buildiung materials on Microsoft platforms and the company's knowledge bank. Act as the third person in investigation meetings, ensuring thorough documentation and support. Key Requirements Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or social care settings. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with electronic management systems.
