To be successful in this role, you will need: A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin Extensive experience in working with individuals with complex mental health conditions. Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team. Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with individuals, families, and external stakeholders. Providing clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including regular supervision and tailored training to promote professional development. Monitoring and maintaining high standards of clinical governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
