Job Description Clinical Service Manager Salary: Up to £45,000 Are you a compassionate and proactive Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) seeking an opportunity to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health conditions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Clinical Services Manager. This role requires a strong clinical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing patient-centred care. To be successful in this role, you will need: A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin Extensive experience in working with individuals with complex mental health conditions. Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team. Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with individuals, families, and external stakeholders. Overseeing the development and implementation of evidence-based care plans in alignment with best practice guidelines. Providing clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including regular supervision and tailored training to promote professional development. Collaborating with external stakeholders, including community organizations and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support services for individuals with complex mental health conditions. Monitoring and maintaining high standards of clinical governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
