The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing teams and operations in the plaster room, as well as a background working as a dental technician. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all activities in the plaster room, ensuring efficient and high-quality operations. - Supervise and lead a team of dental technicians, providing guidance and support as needed. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies for the plaster room. Qualifications: - Proven experience in managing teams and operations in a dental laboratory, with a focus on the plaster room. - Background as a dental technician with a deep understanding of dental prosthetics and appliances. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
