Job Description Nursing Home Manager Salary: Up to £65,000, depending on experience and qualifications We are currently looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to provide strong leadership and guidance to our client's care home staff team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering person-centred care, meeting regulatory standards, and maintaining high levels of support. As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the home's budget, ensuring full occupancy, and fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
