Job Title: Staff Nurse Location: Ballynahinch Salary: £20.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in Ballynahinch. You will play a key role in the well-being and recovery of patients, working as part of a professional and friendly healthcare team. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of all patients. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans. Develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Monitor patient progress, reporting any changes in condition to the senior team. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with NMC standards. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and best practices. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essentialnewly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. A compassionate and caring nature with a commitment to providing excellent care.
