Monarch Healthcare, an established care provider, is recruiting for Registered Nurses to join our dedicated teams.
Position Details: We have the following opportunities available:
Haddon House - Clowne, Chesterfield, S43 - Part time, full time or bank hours on nights
Haddon House - Clowne, Chesterfield, S43 - Part time, full time or bank hours on days
Heeley Bank - Sheffield, S2 - Nights
Shift Times: Days 07:45-20:00 - Nights 19:45-08:00
We work on a rota basis which includes alternate weekends and some bank holidays
We provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. At Haddon House, we also provide support for people with complex needs. Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse at Monarch Healthcare, your days will be varied and will include:
The formulation of person-centred care plans Reviewing and updating of care plans to reflect client need, ensuring Care Plans are completed and maintained in consultation with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and Company policies.
Administration of medication Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Companys procedure and NMC guidelines.
Monitoring of resident well-being Report any ill health amongst Clients and make requests for GP and Professional visits where necessary.
Supervision of the care team when acting as the nurse in charge, ensure a clear and concise handover report is given to all relevant Staff Members at the end of each shift.
Liaise with Healthcare professionals
