Job Description Nursing Home Manager Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury nursing home for older adults. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly residents while maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Qualifications Registered Nurse Qualification (desirable) Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager within the elderly care sector, with a proven track record of successful leadership and management Thorough understanding of CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations and standards Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursing home environment Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and engage with residents, families, and stakeholders Benefits Performance Bonus Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Employee Assistance Programme Annual NMC renewal paid for Blue Light Card Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring all residents receive high-quality care and support in accordance with regulatory standards Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed Collaborate with medical professionals, families, and residents to develop and implement personalized care plans Maintain open and effective communication with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders Ensure the nursing home meets all regulatory requirements and maintains a safe and inclusive environment for all residents and staff Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting, purchasing, and resource allocation Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services provided, implementing best practices and quality improvement initiatives Foster a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursing home, promoting a supportive and respectful environment for all residents and staff Reference: WILL80136/AP INDNUR
