Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the home and its dedicated team to deliver exceptional care.
- Represent the home to key decision-makers and build a strong reputation within the local community.
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements as the Registered Manager.
- Oversee staff training, supervisions, and appraisals to maintain high standards of care.
- Be actively involved in care planning for residents.
- Foster an open and honest culture where all team members can thrive.
- Maximise the homes financial performance and manage stock and budgets for daily operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience:Previous experience in the healthcare sector, ideally as a Registered Manager with a Level 5 qualification (or RMA), or as a motivated Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.
- Attributes:Driven, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Energetic, passionate, and an outstanding leader who can inspire their team.
