Complex Needs Support Worker Salary: £11.50 rising to £11.80, enhanced pay for shifts undertaken in the complex service. Our service is particularly suited for individuals who have been in long-term hospital placements, often residing out of county, as well as those who have faced difficulties in securing suitable long-term placements or have experienced placement breakdowns with other providers unable to meet their complex needs.
