About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Ward Nurse (Band 5) to join our team in the Hertfordshire near St albans and Welwyn garden city. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality care to patients across various specialities, ensuring they receive the best possible experience and treatment during their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced nurse to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-centered care in a ward setting, ensuring safety and comfort
• Monitor and assess patients, recording observations and updating care plans as needed
• Administer medication and treatments following protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educate and support patients and their families, offering guidance and information
Requirements:
• NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient care, safety, and confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
