Child Care Worker

Your new companyHays are proud to be partnered with a 'Good' Ofsted rated children's residential home based in the Wirral area. This is a brand new provision that is looking for a whole team to start it up. This service is a 4 bed EBD home for children and young people with ASD, autism and emotional behaviour challenges. Your new roleYou will be providing a therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child. You will be working in a 4 bedroom EBD service supporting children and young people providing and encouraging positive behaviour and acting as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs. Your role will require developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change. You will be working a mixture of days, sleeps, and earlies supporting the children with constant care and support with their individual needs.
