Duties
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees
- Provide guidance on workplace health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement health promotion initiatives
- Offer advice on managing employee absence due to health reasons
- Collaborate with management to create a healthy work environment
- Maintain accurate health records and reports
- Conduct first aid when necessary
- Investigate incidents through root cause analysis
- Prepare detailed reports on occupational health matters
Qualifications
- Qualified Occupational Health Nurse or Advisor, either a diploma or degree
- Experience in conducting health assessments and screenings
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Proficient in report writing and record keeping
- Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
