To carry out specific tasks as allocated by RN/Nurse in charge of area.To provide a high standard of nursing care and use your extended skills to enhance the patient journey through the department.Dressings and assisting in the movement of patients through the different areas of the department Monitoring patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respiration, and weight Keeping patient records accurate and up to date EssentialYou will need to pass an enhanced background check.You will be competent in your extended skills including recording of ECGs, venepuncture, cannulation 6 months recent NHS Hospital experience with direct patient supervision and experience taking patient vital signs References that cover the last two years So, if you can combine empathy and understanding with practical hands-on patient care, we want to hear from you.
