Care Team Leader - Devon Yelverton
Are you a natural leader with a passion for motivating others? Our client is looking for a Team Leader to join a fantastic organisation and lead a dedicated team.
Contract: Permanent, 30-37.5 hours (to be agreed)
Essential: Full UK driving licence
Salary: Up to £27,115 per annum + Sleepover (£70 per night)
As a Team Leader, you'll motivate and inspire your team, lead by example, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll handle rotas, timesheets, and planning, while also fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Comfort with storytelling, technology (Outlook, Word, etc.), and being highly organised is key.
You'll also:
Support staff development Attend meetings and manage paperwork Communicate effectively with the team, families, and external professionals You will have:
Some leadership experience Flexibility and patience Enthusiasm and a positive attitude Strong organisational and time management skills A caring nature and a desire to make a real impact Benefits:
