Key aspects of your role include: In conjunction with your team, build and lead a world class, high performing hospital teams, who are committed to and engaged in the Spire vision and Purpose. Leading on local Hospital and group wide specific change, transformation and site business improvement projects. Guiding all hospital related capacity management ensuring maximised efficiency, growth opportunities and business objectives are exceeded. Driving commercial growth including developing and capitalising on business and new partnership arrangements to maximise on local opportunities. Interested? To be successful in this role you will need to be a natural leader, effective team player and strong influencer able to build momentum that delivers continuous professional & service improvement, whilst operating successfully within a complex, matrix and multi-stakeholder environment. I deally, you will offer previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare provider sector. You may already be familiar with the role of registered manager in the private healthcare provider sector, or, have operated at board level within the NHS.
