We are recruiting a minimum of 3 full-time
Care Workers to provide care and support to people living in the Lower Wortley, Farnley, Low Moor Side and Bramley (LS12 / LS13) areas which includes:
Farnley Silver Royd Hill
Low Moor Side
New Farnley
Upper Moor Side
Lower Wortley
New Blackpool
Far Royds

Pay: £12.50 p/hr (drivers) - travel time included
Shift Pay rather than pay per call; allowing you to go Above & Beyond when supporting clients to achieve outcomes, maintain independence and build community connections.
Mileage: 45p per mile
Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher. As a Care Worker for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which for this role include late shift working and alternate weekends.
Early Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Late shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times) As a Care Worker for Be Caring, we will agree your working pattern, setting 2-week rota which includes:
Alternate full weekends.
Evenings as agreed within your working hours. Benefits

Paid induction training: 1 week classroom-based (Monday - Friday), 2 days shadowing and additional online modules.
Training development: funded Level 2 and other accredited courses.
Holiday pay: annual leave accumulates with working hours and length of service.

As a Care Worker for Be Caring, you will be provided with comprehensive induction training on:

Confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Fluids and nutrition and safe administration of medication.
Moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sores (React to Red)
