About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse to join our dynamic team at Eltisley Manor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of patient care and driving clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the nursing team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of patient care.Coordinate and manage the delivery of patient care in accordance with clinical standards and protocols.Serve as the primary point of contact for nursing staff regarding patient care issues.Participate in direct patient care as needed to maintain clinical skills and support staff during high-demand periods.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and healthcare policies.Monitor patient care outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based practices.Lead quality improvement initiatives, including infection control, patient safety, and medication management.RequirementsNursing qualification with current NMC registration as an RMN.Minimum of 5-7 years of nursing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR).Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join Us?We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
