Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centered care to patients with a range of mental health conditions. Administer medication and monitor treatment effectiveness. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Offer therapeutic interventions and emotional support to patients and their families. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Essential Requirements: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and current NMC registration. A genuine passion for improving the mental well-being of patients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
