Senior Practitioner Edge of Care

Salary: £42403 - £49498Shift hours: 37This is an exciting opportunity to have a “Key Role” in combining direct practice with service and professional development.You will be assisting the Edge Of Care Services Manager by providing reflective supervision to staff, advising on roles and practices, contributing to audits, action plans, and communication, preparing for supervision, deputising at meetings, and covering rotas. Additionally, support staff meetings, undertake development tasks, ensure quality assurance, and provide constructive feedback.
